Our standard box beams are made from premium-milled pine boards carefully distressed by hand to create an authentic, raised-grain weathered texture. These are then assembled into seamless 2-, 3-, or 4-sided boxes and stained in one of our 6 vintage colors to create a lightweight and entirely unique barn beam with the same up-close look and feel to actual reclaimed solid beams.
Unlike some faux reclaimed wood options which use synthetic materials and molds, our product is entirely natural with no two beams alike. Just as with reclaimed wood, our product is intended to remain raw after installation.
For outdoors applications, we can supply beams treated with exterior sealers.
